It is wonderful that there are people like you who have the heart to help others who are affected by the floods. If I am near your place, i would also bring something for someone that would be of help. We are not affected by the flood because we live in the mountains, but my prayers are with you and those who are affected. I think prayers have power.

Honestly, the only thing i can give this time is my prayers. I don't have cash to donate and aside from that our place is too far from manila. I always pray that everything will be alright there and hope the people can easily recover from that traumatic experience. I feel sorry to those who lost their love ones because of typoon Ondoy. Pity to those children who suffered this tragedy.

I am glad that you and your kids are planning to help. You are such a good mother. Continue to have a good heart. You and your kids will be blessed.

My mom has been bugging me to sort out all the clothes we don't need anymore. In fact she has already started to package some of them. There are still a few boxes left somewhere around the house, a lot of old clothes that we can't seem to throw away. I am sure that I'll find a few more blankets in there. But instead I am here posting, shameful really, you just reminded me I had lots to do
