We learned English in india which is copy to U.K,now we are facing Problems...

As we learned English[ Mother tongue-Hindi]copy to U.K.,in which the spellings are completely different to U.S.,English.Now i am facing spelling problems while typing discussions and responses.I am getting confusing because i have to manage the spellings both the ways-one is while postings in mylot,i have to follow U.S. English,another one is while i am corresponding in writing with my staff,i have to follow U.K., English.

UK English is the correct form of english. the rest are corruptions. I dont give much value to the accents of US english or their way of pronounciations. we should learn the right language, not the one that is fashionable.

Hi,tulip.that's right.Unnecessary interruption of "spell check" confusing my knowledge about spellings.If i consider the spell check warning on computer,i will lost all my knowledge and people will laugh at me after some time for wrong spellings.Have a nice time.

I hear what you are saying, Baluyadav, there are differences.
I am hoping my U.S. friends will forgive the occasional extra "u" that shows up in my posts. For example: "I am sure they will forgive our behaviour when we describe our favourite colour."
It can get confusing, can't it? By the way,I am Canadian, and we of course, follow the U.K. spelling format.
