Good Friends to Lovers

No doubt,this is friend who is there for you in every need and help.so why can't he/she be a lover?and in this very fast life there is no time to go and search your love.all are there you just have to be true and you will find a lover in your friends.if not then go on making friend,talk to them,feel their emotion and here is your soul mate.

familiarity and proximity are the reasons but not the most important one.
I think the key reason is trust. Lover relationship can't be build without trust. Friends and we trust each other. we feel confortable when being with friend. Then the relationship is likely to go further and come to lover.

My girlfriend was best friends with her husband for over 10 years when they got together, they were married for 5 years and from what I gather they had a wonderful relationship and would have been together forever had he not passed from a heart attack. Even though we are together now and probably will be married someday, she has his pictures on the walll and probably always will. I don't have a problem with that cause I know she truely loved him. I actually wish he and I would have met he seems like he was a wonderful person.

Because friends know the real you and they are more comfortable to talk with, to laugh with and to live with. Friends know when the times to be happy and sad would always be beside you to care and to give advices. It is not hard to fall in love with friend as love develop start in friendship when both feel the same things it blossom into the real love.

Most of the times, best lovers comes from best friends. I think it is true.

I accept your point. Its really true. Communication plays a vital role in turing the friendship relation to love. The more in touch with our friend, the more we learn about him. ITs jus like reading a book interedtingly. When you feel that you are interested in reading a particular book, I am sure that you will be reading it fully till the climax. Similarly in the case of friendship and love, you will like to know the climax of friendship, which is nothing but love.

I agree we you. It happened to me. I had a very close friend before who later turned to be my lover. At first, our relationaship was great. We had special moments. I expected it to become stronger but the distance betwen us was one of the reasons why our love affair put to an end. Whats lacking with our relationship?

Yes what you said be correct that closest friends who were friends may become lovers as one's mentality is known to others so that there may be no clashes occur between them as both of them know them perfectly. so, there is no doubt in my opinion that 99% of the closest friends become lovers

There's nothing to hide and there's no need to try and impress. You really get to know someone when they are a close friend. My partner and I are still going stong at 12 years after being best friends and work colleagues for 3 years. It is the longest and best relationship I've had and we are now a family with two little boys. I really believe it is better when friends turn into lovers than trying to find your true love at the local pub or nightclub - oh, those days are well and truly over for us;-)
