Have you ever had a perfectly rotten start in a day and turn into the happiest?

Today I did not want to open my eyes. Besides it was difficult to do it because I had been crying all day yesterday. My daughter came to see me in the morning, left the street door open and Lola disappeared. My daughter took her car and looked around the neighborhood. NOTHING! I was so sad because Lola is such a beautiful dog that it´s easy that someone would want to keep her. I went to the dentist in the morning and coming home I encountered a street guard some people hire at the block. I have never paid him, except by tellin Santa left a little prsent for him at my house but still he says I´m his pet neighbor. So he took charge of the problem and started to talk with all the neighborhood´s maids. At about 6 PM came a sweet lady with the looks of Cinderella´s fairygodmother and a maid´s apron. She told me Lola was in the house next to where she worked and that she had heard the people saying that unless the owner came to their house, they would keep her. All this while knowing that it was mine because they lived less than half a block away from me. I went there and they told me how would they know whether I was telling the truth abouth the dog being mine. I replied that I recognised my dog (which wasn´t worth much from their point of view)but that, more important still, Lola would recognise me. So I left them speechless and they had to bring her. LOla saw me and started jumping and crying as the fence was shut. The witch had to open the door and I brought her home. That dog has never never more cuddled in her life as she was cuddled by me today! I´M SO HAPPY, FRIENDS!!! Dogs ARE lovable!

How cruel are people to know the dog belongs to you and if you didn't come to the house they were going to keep it. Oh I'm so angry that people like that exist in this world. I'm really so mad over what these people were planning to do. Thank God that "GOOD" prevailed over "EVIL" and you got Lola back. I'm so happy for you.

Bless your heart, i am so glad u found lola. What a nice lady for coming & telling u where she was & phooey or worse on the people that had her. That was a sorry thing for them to do. people. &^&^*%$# are so mean sometimes. I'm glad it all turned out well for u & lola. KEEP THAT DOOR SHUT FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY & LOLA'S. People that would do something like steal a dog would do anything.
