Metrobank credit card woes. has this happened to you?

Hi! Just wanna ask you guys, whats your experience with regards to receiving credit card billing statements on time. I have a metrobank credit card mastercard extension w/c my brother gave me for emergency purposes. For the past2 months the billing statement for this card did not arrive. We were only able to pay the bill because we called customer service and ask the pending balance. I already reported this during the first month we did not receive the statement. The funny thing is that my brother has another metrobank visa credit card that he uses and the bill comes in regularly.To think that these 2 cards are addressed in the same address. The rep of the bank can't give me an answer on why we did not receive the bill.
Does anyone have the same experience with metrobank credit cards or with other credit carrds? what did you do ?
