I don't use much salt myself. Salt does get put on my baked potatoes, and sometimes my french fries. However, I think that's about it where I put the salt on my foods. The only other salts I eat are the hidden salts where you have no control on some foods. At least, those foods where the sale is put in the mixture.

I don't use much salt because salty is not delicious. I prefer to add it less when I am cooking. As it is hard to mend it when you add much salt. Besides, the salty food is not good for your health. I love China

I do not use alot of salt in my cooking. My husband do not like salt he rather have pepper. I put salt on my food when it is on my plate but I do not put alot on my food. I have seen people who just keep shaking the salt shaker and wonder how they can eat the food after putting that much salt on their food.

I'm not into a salty food and I am fun of cooking anything that comes into my mind every weekend. I just use a bit of salt for the food I cook every meal and snacks. My taste is not into salty foods because it is not good for my health.

We use salt evrytime when cook. It is part of your ingredient because it can enhance flavor. Anyways, when I am the one cooking, make it sure that I only use little amount of salt especially if it is iodized. I don't really like my food salty.

I use very little salt when I'm cooking a meal. I don't care for a lot of salt on anything so I just put a little in and let anyone else add it to the food when it's on the plate. A little salt brings out the flavor of the food but if you use too much, it alters the taste. My husband consumes too much salt, I think. If he knows that I'm watching him, he will be a little less generous with the salt. I don't complain to him, I just look at the plate when he is salting everything and he gets the message.

I salt every dishes I cooked. As it's impossible to cook Chinese dishes without salt. But I don't use salt too much (just in right amount), too much salt is harmful for health, such as high blood pressure. I think salt in every dishes is okay in fact, coz our forefather did this all the time and it seems traditional life style in China is health, incl. our food. But for french fries, I don't care coz I alway have it with kitchup.

Pretty much on everything. Though my hubby and mom complains a lot when I do the cooking cause I tend to use less salt than what they are used to. When they do cook, it is too salty for my taste. It is true that too much salt is bad for the body, that's why I intentionally put less salt so that they will learn to be accustomed to the bland taste.

I don't use salt because its bad for my health, but use other types of seasoning for flavor like misses dash and garlic powder, pepper, and other spices.

I am a salt lover and I use a lot of salt for cooking. I cook things in such a way that the taste of salt will be on top. I prefer it that way. On the other hand, my husband doesn't like much salt. I also make dishes of minimal salt and take a portion of it for my husband and add a little more salt to the rest of the dish. I love to have salt taste prominent in food.

I tend not to put any salt in my veg anymore as i have a problem that causes high blood pressure and i think there is enough salt in all the other food we eat.I tend now to put less salt on my chips as there is alot of bad things in the press to do with salt and peoples health.

Hi there. I do not cook often, but when I do, I barely use any salt. I prefer to use other types of spices instead as they taste better and are better for you. I used to add salt to eggs, but know without salt, I do not taste the difference. So thats all good for me.
