Sad to say, happy endings are elusive for some. After a failed relationship, what are the things that you do to help you get by in the hope that someday you would be able to find peace in yourself and be happy again. How do you cope withe situation?For me, I wallow in pain until I my tear ducts get sick and tired of producing tears. Then I drink myself to death (kidding). I surround myself with friends just so I won't get lonely.

Hi, superfemme happy
Whenever I experience heartache, I befriend myself. Meaning, I read alone, I watch TV alone, shop alone, even watch a movie alone. I spend time alone with myself so that I can hear myself think. When I cannot bear the loneliness anymore, I hang out with some friends. Drinking myself to death (kidding too) is also a good idea for me as long as I do it only once (two times as the maximum blush ) and I am surrounded with friends who understand me.

Hi! Actually, I think we do the same things! After I feel the pain by myself (and when I want to get my sanity back) I seek the help of friends.:)

thanks for sharing this discussion... u know i just broke up with my bf last August after i gave birth to our son... its very hard especially that we have a son, but what can i do, that is part of life.. i just need to accept & move on...

tips for heart broken... ( this are what i deed to cope up with break up)

1. i pamper ur self... ( do some make over... go shopping!)
2. think positive... God have a better plan for u..
3. dont listen to love songs & dont watch romantic movies
4. make ur self busy...
5. enjoy the company of ur friends
6. go to ur friends party to meet new friends

Oh my I think that was pretty harsh that he broke up with you when you have a son. But you have to stay strong for your baby and prove to him that you can live without him. Shopping really helps big time! Retail therapy is love! Haha. Thanks for your insights=) And I wish you well in your life.

thanks... i just gave birth last aug 17 then we broke up last aug 29... but thats ok... im trying my best to be happy and strong... and i know that God have a better plan for me & my son... that guy was so dumb that he tell me go... & im just looking forward for the future.. have a nice day and happy mylotting...^_^
