Do you easily get upset when someone refused your favor?

I'd encounter some people who easily get upset when someone refused their favor. Even though the person who refused has a relevant reasons but some can't just take "no" for an answer. So they go on their way thinking that the person was mean.
How about you, do you easily get upset when someone whom you believe can help you refused your favor?

Not really, I don't get upset when someone refused my favor. I will just feel bad but I know they have their reasons why they refused and I understand. I can ask other people for the favor.
