Reservation system in government jobs is...good or bad...?

I agree with you at some level. but if the cause is good any thing can be good. reservation system was introduced to be more human. this was the system to give support to those people who are poor and not able to cope up with the system. so it was a good decision to support them. but as a result reservation is only a political tool today.it is not considered who must be given and who must not be. undeserving people are taking the advantages of this and the deserving population is still far from the goal. so first there is a need to be honest first. and there must be a balance atlast so that only real and deserving people could get the good

I think that is nothing. the purpose of this was only to lift up those people who are not able and should be given some preference due to their lackness. but the motto has got changed almost. now it has become a weapon of politics only and if you see honestly only the person who is able getting the benefit of that and the desired people are not getting. it has now started killing the merit. and i am also the victim of that. wish that people must stop being selfish for the sake of their country. i dont want that a day come here when every body is getting the reservation only and no body is really getting jobs.
