I know I publish a lot using adobe and there are settings that restrict what a viewer can do. However, I would suggest that you put a copyright notice up. That way if someone does use your material you are covered legally. They may still do it, but not legally.

but there are javascript implementation for this. you can google for that. and you will get surely to restrict the copy option for the image.
