I have tried selling a manga before on ebay. If i'm not mistaken, the title is "piku piku sentarou" but it's a fail. I also tried selling the limited edition books of astroboy (the books conatain the biography of famous artists in japan, btw) but to no avail. I think nobody bought the book because there are LOTS of manga stores worldwide. So I suggest you sell you're manga to a japanese store if you know one. But in my case, I decided I'll keep my astroboy manga since it is limited edition. As for piku piku sentarou, it's so childish it doesn't fit my age anymore (the manga is like hamutaro). If you're manga is RAW, then I suggest you keep it and make it a part of your collection.

Well as for ebay, you'll need to factor in a number of things such as price & shipping. Always try to make your shipping low or incorporate the shipping cost to your price.
But in this day and age, manga is easily viewable on the internet, and can also be borrowed from a library.
But also use other sites such as Craigslist, or kijiji (both local sites so there is not shipping cost) and they are free to use, so you pay no fee to the sites.
