cell phone buying suggestions?

My suggestion is that you should buy a brand cell phone, like sony Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola, Iphone etc bands, for some reason, first, cell phone with good brand have a good quality, and you can use for a long time, second, the pixel wil be higher than common one, then you can take photos like a camera.

what is your main interest in cell phone, you did not tell us.. What I mean to say if you are interested in music, photography, pocket internet or just for talking purpose.. Anyhow, I will give you one by one, first of all if you want a music dominated and with good clarity of sound then too models are best in the market. One is walkman series of Sony Ercisson and another one is Nokia Express music. But at your budget, I think you can get w580i but if you want w970 then you have to increase your budget. My suggest is go any walkman series of Sony Ericsson, the clarity is dam good and Nokia Express music is bit expensive and it will not come in your budget.
For good quality photos go for K series in Sony Ericsson because cybershot lenses is given for this series.. In other companies like Nokia and Samsung phones are bit expensive and you cannot get at your price.. For good wlan and Wfi handset, I will suggest you to buy Nokia E61. It is cheap and best model and it is good for pocket internet..
Finally, when you go to the mobile stores you look for different variety of mobiles but do not forget your area of interest. I mean buy a phone which gives you good service to you. For suppose if you are interest in music then buy a handset which is best in the market. China mobiles are cheap for clarity is horrible, so, watch out.. all the best..

For this price the best bet is Nokia 5130 express music phone or Sony Ericson W550, both of these phones costs in the region of Rs.5,000 to 5,500/.
