It will be nice if a mylot user offer you a chance to complete a sign up task, and you have the pretty opportunity to earn some extra money online. But after you review the task, and you decided not to do it, you have the rights to rejected it right? After I stop and not wanting to continue it, the user keep on bothering by sending me email, pitching and encouraging me to complete it as soon as possible. I would like to help out, but that website wants me to sign up and finish the offer. The offer involve with my credit card information to be entered there, and other subscription fee to be charged too. Although he offered $7.00 as reward, it won't be worth it. So, don't be pushing. Please understand, we need our sensitive information to be protected.

So what did you do?
Did you accept the task and then forfeit it without doing anything further?
Is it still available for others to complete?
I can't understand how the creator can contact you if you have abandoned.

Well, I accepted it first, and then I trying to complete all the registration process. After it, he wants me to complete the offer in that website also. After I checked on those offers, I have to sign up with my credit card for 30 days trial. Which it claim to be risk - free. Who knows, would you do that if that is a scam? So, I kindly rejected. After while, he sent me a message to ask why not complete the it? He offer $10 for the completion of it now.

You have perfectly valid reasons for not continuing and you have informed him but he still insists.
I think you should report using the 'contact' link at the bottom of the page. Go to 'other' and explain what is happening.

I guess you made the right decision. It is too risky to divulge as confidential information as your credit card. plus, the person's antics are pretty sneaky, which screams right off the bat that it isn't something that you can trust. what's a few dollars of earning for your information's security, right? pffft.

That is right. I should consider my security as my priority. His earning temptation is good, but I won't just simply fall into the trap like that. That is too much for me to risk.

Hi Dear
Hope u must be doing well
Well, i was planning to bother you as well,(though it would not be for blog or task) however now i will think b4 doing It, LOL
To be serious, you should be really careful while doing online transtion on net, and sure to pass on such info on some unsecure site is too risky, and dont worth 7 $. and on other hand if he is reasonable person, he should not have FORCED u to complete task,
Well Done and keep it Up

Hi, Clorissa! I agree with the other members. If I were in your shoes, I would be hesitant as well if my credit card details are required. He has no rights to force people to complete the task unless he has stated the terms and conditions that once task is accepted, it must be completed. So, the next time if he tries to contact you again and forces you for the umpteenth time, just report him!

He can't bother you if you don't want to complete your offer, that's insane. Report him, he doesn't have the right to bother you for just 7 dollars that you don't want to take anyway.

Yeah, that is right. He kept on sending email to said, "hey, you don't have any financial responsibility on completing this offer, all you just try their 30 - days trial, and you can cancel it." I won't mind to do him a favor, but I need to submit my credit card information to finish that offer. No, I just couldn't risk my financial information for that.

You can actually delete the user from your friend list. You can also block his e-mails.

He wasn't my friend actually. And I won't go the next hassle to do anything with him. I simply ignore him, and not replied any of his message anymore.
