My ipod is not working anymore!

Sounds like you need a new battery.
I bet Apple has technical support phone number you can call. I bet you could give them a call and see what they can do. They will probably have you send it in to them to get it repaired. I'm sure it will cost something to have it repaired, but at least you will have a working ipod again.

I can see the Apple store themselves not fixing it, but why couldn't they send it in to like one of their repair shops?

If they still won't fix it, you could try the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Did you drop you iPod in water or wash it?

I did that once, washed my iPod, and dried it too. Dumbest thing I could have ever done. Good luck trying to sell your iPod on CraigsList too, fat chance someone wants a broken iPod.

But, guess what, there is hope. About 6 months after letting it sit in a shelf (or somewhere) I decided to plug my iPod back into my computer and can you imagine, it worked! Incredible, I know. But all too true. I'm actually rocking out to as I type this discussion response.

I don't know if you want to leave your iPod up to chance or not. But Apple does make HIGH QUALITY products.

Here's an idea if you're not up for the "wait 'n see" method, go back to Apple and say you just got it like 3 months ago and do what that guy said in the previous reply. Tell them your battery died and see what happens then. OH! and a bad attitude will go a long ways. So, give 'em lip, tell 'em a lie, and make them do your bidding. That always works (speaking from experience).

if u have some good store where hardware repairing takes place get the battery replaced, its battery is dead mostly this will fix the problem

yeah you probley need a new batty not many people know that ipods need batties to thats good you ask i hope that works. Good luck.
