whom do you blame for when mistakes occur?  | |  To be honest, whom do you blame for when mistakes occcur? for example, in your working place, do you first examine your erros first or directly or instinctively set wrong doing on other peopl?
I personlay think that in most cases, people can't help balme other people first instead of on their own. It's a kind of defensive mentality that workds . some people even don't have the courage to admit their pitfalls at all.

| | | | | | | | 1.  mesuaky (261) | 3 months ago |  for me i will ususally try not to blame anyone, specially if it is just a small matter, but if fingers are starting to flying in pointing around then i will get the person responsible to settle this matter. blaming each other won't help much to reslover the mistake. i see blaming is just a waste of time.

We can find out whose fault it's, but rectifying the problem is important than to find whose fault it is....if i find i did some mistake, i admit it ..not afraid or ashamed to admit my mistakes....ofcourse, we need the courage to admit our mistakes....
