the time go to sleep

do you uaually go to sleep before 22:00?a doctor said this was the proper time for us to sleep.but i can't go to my bed until 24:00 everyday now since my roommates all like going to sleep late at night.what should i do?

for us parents, sleeping 4 to 5 hours a night is already a good thing. Most of us usually woke up the earliest possible time each morning. And going to bed usually takes up to 11pm or 12pm. What matters most is that we should be able to support this daily routine with healthy foods, exercise and vitamins if needed. That way, we can still be healthy and cope up with our daily activities.

Hi,fulltank thankyou for your advice.in my opinion we need at least 7 hours sleep everyday since we all have a lot of work to do during the day.i will follow your advice to have more good food,thankyou.
