When can you say that a person is okay?

For me a person is okay if he feels good at heart. He feels worthwhile as a person. He is free from all hang ups and doesn't need to exert so much effort just to prove or demonstrate to others that he is in fact okay. He views life nicely and manifested through the way he talks, moves, acts and carries himself.
On the other hand, a person is said to be not okay if he feels sad and disappointed in himself and/or the things around him. He looks at life with dark colors. Most of the time he acts irritably for he wants to achieve something but end up doing less. He smiled and tried to appear okay to others but his eyes cannot lie.
What about you? When can you say that the person is okay or just trying to fake his feeling?

From my point of view, a person is ok if he found real happiness in life. If he found himself fullfilled maybe in terms of his career or with his family. Problems will always come our way but he just takes it lightly. For him there will always be a solution for every problem. Most importantly, he truly believes in God. He trusts God so much that he let's the will of God run his life. That's how he found happiness. Happiness is always the key. You really can tell it by merely looking at one's eyes. When a person is happy, he is ok and it shows in his eyes.

Very well said santos_mlirs! True and real happiness comes through God. No matter how much money the person has, if he doesn't have God in his life--he will never feel complete. There will always be an empty space inside his heart.
Thanks for responding santos_mlirs! Have a healthy and nice day ahead.
