If you have "Excess Money",on which category you Invest?

My first preference of investment is on GOLD[40%].As it is a having regular increasing demand in India.
Second preference is i invest on Lands/Real Estate[25%].As population is growing and we can't expand land.
Third preference is Shares[15%].Those companies having strong financial base and who are regularly announcing bonus,profits.
I don't feel that it is investment,but i donate [20%]to charities without announcing my name.What about you?

I had to say I'll invest it in real state. Its the type of business that definitely will have lots of profit. I heard that every three months, the price of residential lots increases. Many investors in real state hit the jackpot every now and then. Buying a cheap agricultural land and turning it into residential, commercial or subdivision. Making some promotions and, alas, money is flowing into your pocket.

Well .. If I have more money to invest, I will investing on Land or real estate. I love have land or house, and I believe if every years the cost of land or house will increase and be high. I will buy house and rent it, so I get profits from my invest and my invest will high by the time.

Hi,sri,Investing in real estae is one of the best investment.Be cautious while purchase lands,see that there were no disutes,over expectation on increase of price of land etc.All the best and have a nice time.

I have invested a small amount in an ONLINE investment company. Since 5 months I have been promptly getting the 15% of my investment plus 10 % of the investments others whom I recomended. There are many Online companies which are not honest but this one is very prompt.They have an office in Chennai, India.
