Hoe does one activate a teenager who is late for college but early for games and other activities?

How does one fly with out wings? In opinion, from being a teenager not to long ago. That is basically what you are asking, College is bunk, games and activities are fun.
Best bet...make them go to a college of games and activities.

You don't by the time they are in college they should be responsible for taking care
of themselves and as much as it hurts to let go. Blessings
