Do you submit the fake sign up offers in the PTC sites?

I used to get referrals for my PTC sites by making some sign up offers in some other PTC sites. While reviewing the submitted offers, most of the members are just mentioning some user names without even making the registration with the site.Some the members used to click the ads only in the very first day.But no one seems to be active and they are clicking the required number of clicks.The reason is some of the sites are approving the offer within a short period if we fail to deny the sing ups.Have you ever submitted such fake sing ups and got them approved?

I think I did one with 3 ptsu offer but 99% of the time I deny them in time. If it's a lot of ptsu credits, I watch them extra much!
I think the best way to earn from ptsu is to get sign ups for other similar sites that have ptsu section. Many people like ptsu lately...
