do you worship god daily...or often..

I do worship God daily..These days i go to temple less. I understand it is not necessary to go to temple to worship. We can choose our own way of praying ie, by chanting, listening, darshan, satsangh or smaran, [concentration]. Going to temple or idol worship is the first stage towards knowing God....or learning to worship..

I do not go to church daily for worship. I do that either on Saturdays or Sundays. I say my prayers every day. Once in the morning and once at night. At other times, I read the Bible and ask for God's benediction to be on my family.

I am not a religious person .I recently was introduced to Sahay yoga
(nirmalamataji)And have atared experiencing a transformation in my life.
I chant the mahamantras,Ganesh adharvashirsh regularly .I meditate regularly and have started removing the blocks that
are blocking my growth.I have started feeling the deities in my chakras and by my prayers and affirmations an slowly changing the direction of my life to much better things.My aim in life is self realization,the highest aspiration .
