As I said above, you don't have to be expert to answer this silly question of mine.
All of us Filipinos knows how to sing the "Bahay Kubo". Its like our second National Anthem. I know that most of us even knows how to sing it long before we knew how to sing the lyrics of the "Lupang Hinirang".
Now my question is, "Can you name any vegetable that is/are not included in this song?" Please, state the Filipino name of the vegetable as well as its English word.
Let us sing, "Bahay kubo, kahit munti. Ang halaman doon ay sari-sari....!.
Note: "Bahay Kubo" is a Filipino children song all about a small native house (called bahay kubo) wherein many vegetables are planted all over its surroundings.

Hey, it is good to find a fun topic here!
Not included in the song are the following Filipino veggies:
1. Ampalaya - bitter melon
2. Gabi - Taro
3. Labong - bamboo shoots
4. Pechay - bok choi
5. Togue - mongo bean sprouts
6. Malunggay - moringa
7. Tanglad - lemon grass (can it be considered a vegetable?)
8. Kamansi - bread fruit
9. Repolyo - cabbage
10. Sili - peppers
Good day!

I can't really answer cause I'm really bad at translating vegetable names from tagalog to english and vice versa. I just want to say that this discussion has taught me a lot, in terms of the english translations of the vegetables.. and honestly, some of those answered by the other users I'm not really familiar with, even in their tagalog names. lol.

I can only think of the following: kangkong or river spinach, karot or carrot, chicharo or green peas, dahon ng sibuyas or shallots.
