| Do you drink herbal tea?  | | | |  I love herbal teas, I try to drink at least one cup a day. My favourite at the moment is peppermint green tea which i sweeten with honey. When I have a cold or flu I like to drink lemon and ginger tea as it is very warming. Twinings do a very nice calming tea with rooibos and cocoa beans which has a mild chocolate taste - delicious!

| |  I drink tea a lot. Among my favorites are taheebo and ordinary lipton tea. Very refreshing and healthy. I just take them as they are without sugar. Though sometimes a little milk enhances the flavor. O I love tea.

To be honest I don't really like it. I have tried several and there is not one I like, I just don't like the flavour and couldn't possibly drink it without adding some sort of sweetner which defeats the object really. Peppermint and green tea is supposed to be really good for you too. I wish I did like them so that I could be a bit healthier.
