Do you own a cellphone/mobile phone? Can you make it through the day without it?

I do have a mobile phone but I can live without it infact I only use it as an alarm clock to wake me up in the morning ehe. Also, using a mobile in my country costs a lot, therefore I try to use it only when necessary. As for sms, I like the web more. The only time I used tons of sms was a couple of months ago when a cyber friend of mine had gone to France and we only could communicate that way. I spent over 50 euros on sms and I do regret it.

I do have a cell phone. Where I live we get no service here so I use it whenever I have to go somewhere. Im not a big talker on one at all. I just use it for when I need to. Otherwise it just goes with me I guess for looks..LOL..Have a great day and keep smiling..

I wont be able to a hour with my phone! I use it for to many things which include messaging,phoning,clock,reminders,work and many more (which include games and facebook). You have to have a phone for emergencies and bad news of a relative maybe.

I have a cellphone and go everywhere with it. The main reason for me to have a cellphone is in case of something happening such as a car accident, I get hurt so on. I guess I grew up with technology and always having cellphones around (Im 21 y/o). I got my first cellphone when I was 17 - when I got my G2 licence - just in case something happens. I live out in the country so if my car would break down I wouldnt have a way to get a hold of my dad. Now I also use my phone to keep in contact with friends and family. I honesatly dont think I could live without my phone now. Would be such an inconvience. Im always on the run people know to call my cellphone if they need me. I dont have a landline and Im rarely at my parents due to college. I probably wouldnt receive messages for weeks.

I own two cell phones for two different mobile networks but I can certainly live without them. I only use it when necessary and its more of an alarm clock and for playing when I am bored. Here in our country, cell phone rates are kinda affordable that many just abuse it. individual may send hundreds of forwarded sms or corny jokes daily.

mobile phones are a necessary part of our daily life now a days,In other words it has become a status symbol..........we can live without mobile phones but we don't want to do so

I couldn't function without mine. It's how I keep in touch with everyone. Friends who have moved away. I've had actual heart to heart texts with my daughter. lol

I could NOT live without my cell phone, end of story! Haha, it's sad how that's how most of us are these days. I do everything with my cell phone. I browse the internet, check Myspace and Facebook, text, call, bluetooth, wifi, and all the other games and apps I have on it. Cell phones are amazing, and addicting. Haha:)

I am one of the cellphone users that dont really use a cellphone, except for emergencies. I dont text too.
I usually use a home phone if necessary. So i can make it through months with out a cell phone.

Hey there, sometimes I feel guilty as well just like you did. But without my cellphone I will do absolutely nothing as I make the most of it, everytime, days and nights. I put all my meeting schedules, all appointments, and everything on my mobile phone. I can't imagine how to live a day without my mobile phone. It is very very useful and handy to me. I must say that I will not survive living without my mobile phone.
