NATO (No Action Talk Only)???

I have a team work. My friend is a type of NATO (No action Talk only). She always talks but never takes the action in the work. How to handle this person?

No need to take some actions to this type of person except you are his/her boss, friend or work partner. it's hard to alter one's character unless they have get a big lesson from their behavior...during that time, you don't need to remind him/her, she/he will know how to repair their behavior.

the only way to deal with people who can only talk but have never worked is to ask for proof of what be a her word
