There are many such courses in life, meditation is taught all over the world. They just don't always call it "art of living".
And it also matters to each individual, what kind of meditation that they want to take part in. I do not wish to take part in the teachings of a guru, but of Jesus Christ. And because I believe in Him, that is who I meditate on, and it is He who provides me peace, joy, and security in this world.

huh.. Do you need art how to lead the life? Those arts are learned by daily life experiments not by course..their teachings are great only to listen. God filled all arts within us just we need to explore. For that we should go to field not to training class. Living is basic thing one lives according to his own principles. we take suggestions from others but those work for a while.

I don't think it is exactly about how to lead the life. It is based a great vision from a great guru(Sri Sri Ravi Shankar) that the creation of stress and violence free
world. How many of us can think and work like Guruji..
Thank you dear friend for the response.
