how health conscious are you?

It's a good thing that you don't drink and smoke, because that's the common reason of having an illness.. But how about the genetic or hereditary illness?

I think even if you're so health conscious but you have a history of decease, I doubt that you can't avoid having that if you are meant to have that..

Anyway, I'm just sharing.. Because I'm also a health conscious person but unfortunately, I have a thyroid problem which is probably I got from my relatives..

Thats good to be healthy. I don't take vitamins but I regularly do Yoga in morning times which helps me to be fit and also prepares me to fight with any kind of illness.
Chemical vitamins have side effects but natural exercise will not have any side effect.
After all "HEALTH IS WEALTH"
