Is there site who provides free campaign or free advertise service for a newly hosted website?
Within the constrains of my knowledge there are no websites that will provide free advertising space for new websites.. Other solutions you can think of is.. post it on forums (where advertising links is not banned - as in myLot - here you can do it by including the link or banner in your profile page). Another way is by giving your link or banner in your (or your friends') blogs or websites.. Hope these help!
