I wasn`t really able to see the whole seen but so far the most memorable to me is the seen where a 15-year-old kid who pretended to be 18 years old so she could take care of her ill-mother who turned to have wilson`s disease. I really cried in the seen and was touch by what the kid had done for his mother. How about yours guys?

I love the one where the first half of the episode is told from the first person perspective of a comma guy who are awarea all the time but can not respond actively to stimulus. It's fresh thrill.

yeah. that is a pretty good episode. it pulls at the heart strings.
a lot of them do. offset by hugh laurie's humoour and nastiness
another heart string pulling episode is where House assists the severly austistic boy. i mean the kid has worms in his eyes and is plainly drawing them for everyone to see but because they think that he is so complicated, the cant see the forest for the trees. i love the end where the kid, who has never looked anyone in the eye, gives house his DS and looks straigh at him. House's point of view shot just makes the scene.
but i must say that i dont actually have a favourite scene though. i do have a favourite quote: "can we forget my vices and get back to my virtues?" i actually have a house 'chill pill' (aka stress ball) that says that.
btw. house is the bomb.
