Ipod Touch or PSP?  |

 My husband and I are planning to buy either an Ipod Touch or a Sony PSP. Right now, we haven't decided yet which one to buy. We can only afford one. Anybody who can help me figure out what to choose between the two?

The PSP is definitely the best for games and can also play music and videos, but it doesn't have an internal memory, meaning that you have to buy extra memory cards if you put a lot of music/videos on it. It also has integrated speakers. They're not great, but the iTouch doesn't have any.
The iTouch has an internal memory larger than the PSP's memory card, so you can have more on it. It is also smaller, so it's more convenient to use as a MP3 player. But iTunes, necessary to use the iPod, can be intimidating the first time you use it, and not everyone likes to use it even when familiar with it. | |

Another thing I forgot: I'm not sure for the iTouch, but you can use internet on a PSP. It's not really that great, BUT you can also download games that way. Downloaded games are cheaper than if you buy them in the box, but there's still the problem of the memory card. I have no idea how much memory a game needs.
But on the other side, PSP games are more expensive than music either way. But if you like videogames, you won't really stop on that point...
If you're not a big gamer, you can have some simple games on the iTouch too, though you can't really compare them to the quality games you can have on the PSP.
Just ask yourself, are you gonna use it for a lot of music and videos with a few simple games, or a lot of quality games, some music and just a few videos? You should also calculate how much it would cost you for each considering the extra memory, games, accessories, etc. Price is an important factor, right? | |

I think I'm more inclined to buying PSP than iTouch since I really love playing games and I'm not that much into playing MP3s. My next problem would probably be what PSP color to buy haha! | |

i have one and they really do beat a psp because it is touch screen you can get apps like a virtual drink for free you can get loads of vertual apps that are really good
i love my itouch it is asome i think it is well better than a psp!
so yeh i think you should get a itouch you will get more out of it and you can get games from your home instead of going out to the store just to get one game that you probly go on it once and then never go on it again!!

The touch screen gives a different feel and experience. As for the psp, I can say that its addicting as long as there are good games to play...
