On the average, I spend roughly $2.00 a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. That's for food, petrol and little things. Yes, it is a waste to just to throw away money in useless things. Times are hard and money is hard to find. A little frugality goes a long way in our finances.
enjoy!

Oh, thebest, that's great! And for me, I don't limit my daily cost. I just have a some monthly target. I can spend none for almost one month (as I'm too busy to do shopping.), but spend a lot once. Coz shopping is not everyday concerns.
Usually, I spend about RMB300 or less a month right now. I think the amount is similar with yours.
I don't want to waste my money any more, I just spend when it's necessary and cost-efficient for me.

Well it depends I can go days and not spend a penny but sometimes I can spend £20 in one day on things like nappies, which get expensive when you have 2 babies in nappies! I only buy things I need. I did buy some land in Ghana but all my money got taken and theres nothing I can do about it so I have to go real easy on money now!

I only spend money when I have to shop for groceries and drinks, pay bills or get fuel for my car. Otherwise, there are days when I don't spend at all. I do my grocery shopping, the bulk of it on a Sunday. I typically spend about $60. The rest are minor purchases like buying milk, bread and such stuff because I forgot them or we ran out of these during the week. It can average between $5-10 per quick shopping trip.
