polishing the bedrooms  | |  how often do you have to polish upstairs,i find that i can polish the bedrooms and 30 mins later there's a thin layer of dust again,why is this,i've got carpets upstairs so the dust should stick to them before the surfaces,even if i've been out all day the dust still appears,really i need to polish the rooms every day,but coz i hate housework i only do it once a week

If you have no furniture polish, try using a small rag with just a little vegetable oil on it. Your furniture will shine, and the dust is gone.
