Diwali is one of the important festival to celebrate on the occasion of win good over bad[Death day of NARAKASURA,a bad guy mentioned in mythology].Unlike other festivals,on this day all the age group people crack the crackers..and pray Godess[Lakshmi] and celebrate with sweets....VERY COLORFUL FESTIVAL.
All most 5 billion $ spent in India on crackers on that night itself.
Thanks to Obama, for participating in the inaugural function of Diwali in white house.

Yes, diwali is one of festivals where spending is never limited. may be one can say it is the richest festival on earth. also the brightest. Its nice to see Obama participating in the inagural function of diwali at white house. yes, its a colorful festival.
