1. nanayangel (4226) | 3 months ago | Hi there Lone Raver!
Congratulations! I admire your determination and self-discipline. Well, I gave up smoking for almost seven years now. I stopped when I got pregnant and did not go back to that bad habit again.

I gave up booze and I also alot of people who gave up booze and then cigarettes. They all say without a doubt cigarettes are more difficult to defeat than booze. Much sucess to both of you.

2. vivekkumarnayak (174) | 3 months ago | Smoking is one of the worst habit anyone can have.It thrills but kills .Many people who smoke suffer from lung cancer and a strained heart.their alveoli becomes lethal... I don't smoke and also create awareness among my friends not o smoke as it does bad for the environment and to our own body

4. raisur (184) | 1 month ago | congrats in advance... meaning, I'm yet to congratulate you... i wish you complete success in your effort, and that's why congratulating you in anticipation... but, well done indeed, i must appreciate... you deserve to be congratulated once you really quit it... i mean, permanently... it's only a week and a half now... i've seen many trying to leave cigarettes, but, very few finally succeeding... i'm a smoker myself... i feel, i should quit, but yet very reluctant to try... anyway, best of luck... please, let us know after one month whether you could really leave it or not...
happy myLotting...

loneraver (148) | 1 month ago | Well, its been 37-38 days now and im feeling good about it. The best thing now is that it isnt the first thing i think about when i open my eyes and thats the best feeling ever cos i used to barely open them half way and id reach for me baccy! Dont really have cravings much no more either so thats good and im tested each and evryday as all that i live with smoke so it is testing but making me stronger every minute. I was Using the nicorette inhalator but ive even stopped that now so i would recommend that to anybody who wants to give it up, give it a go, what you got to lose? more to the point what have you got to gain?! Cheers for your post sorry to ramble on a bit haha! Happy mylottin.
