Lost

I rented a movie for my daughter last weekend in hopes that it would keep them entertained. It did the job but unfortunately when I went to find the movies to return them, I noticed that while the movie case was there, the movie itself wasn't. I have literally torn my house apart looking for this movie with no success. Finally giving up on the search after an hour, I decided to call the movie store to see if we had accidentally returned it in a different movie case. No such luck. So... I then asked just how much it was going to cost to replace and I was happy to hear that it would only cost $10.00. I'm still upset cause I pent $5.00 to rent it and now I have to spend another $10.00 to buy a movie that I can't find. I'm hoping that while the kids are at their sleep over this weekend, me and my husband will find it, cause at least then I won't feel like I am waisting my money. So what about you? Have you ever lost anything and had to pay for it? Have you ever lost a movie before?

I am so sorry to hear that. It is unfortunate that you lost the movie and had to pay ten dollars so the store could replace it. I borrowed a personal stereo and it broke. I went to a shop and found the same model for Two hundred and fifty Australian dollars. At the moment there has been another mix up with library books. I took one library book but it is still showing on my ticket. I will have to find it on one of the shelfs.
