Is it possible to open a dispute for our payment made via Alertpay?

The admin is not responding to the cash out topics, in most of the cases. Only the moderators are replying there and that too they are only insisting us to invest more and more.I don't think they are moderators and probably, the admin or the site person is replying in the banner of 'modes". As I not sure of the procedure in alert pay, I opened this topic. I don't think that we have the option for opening the dispute in alert pay as like in paypal..I will wait few more days for the payment...If they fail to pay, then I will invest in the site form my paypal account(only if dispute is not possible with alertpay) Surely they will not make the payments..then I will start the dispute.Thanks for your response.

There are better sites than increasebux. Neobux and svbux are good sites to invest into..

I know well about this site. But before knowing this fact, I have received my payment and also invested..Now due to their new terms, we need to invest in the site to get our payment (the terms of scam sites) Without any hope of getting my payment, I invested there to get back my account balance immediately. But after the payment, I am not able to request the payment...But they are paying to very few members now and then and not to all.I will quit the site after this issue and not I am having the balance of $7.00+ in this site..Now again they are asking me to invest in this site..They are thinking members stupids always..

The verified members are supposed to get the instant payment..But now we are not able to get the payment or even we are not able to make the request. If we ask in the forum, they used to ask the members to invest again and again..How to invest when we are not able to make the payment requests? I will wait for some time and then I will open the dispute with alert pay. I searched in the FAQ of alert pay and was not able to find the option for that..That;s why I started this discussion now. Let me search there again well and do that..I might have sent the payment via Paypal .But I failed to do so..Thanks for the useful information.

Request your refund NOW! and stick within the time line given. Don't allow for any back and forth discussion on it. Just get your money back. AlertPay dispute process is not very custome-friendly and timely, that's why I don't fool around with PTC programs anymore...well that and the fact you can only make a few dollars with them. I tried to get a refund a long time ago when I purchased some referrals from one PTC and they didn't deliver. AlertPay dragged the processed out and then told me it was to late to request a refund.

Thanks for the link trinale..I was struggling to find the tab to open the dispute and was not able to find also..But the customer support tab in that page is nor working as I am getting only '
404 page not found' error message.. But we can still open the disputes it seems. Let me contact the admin of the increase bux again before opening the dispute and let us give him a change to make the payment.Even after this if he fails, then there is no other option for me..I will open the dispute..Thank for the reply and the link...

I searched the site for about 10 minutes there in alertpay..But not able to find the option for opening the dispute..I don't think this the error in their system..They are doing this with intention of scamming the members.Most of the verified members, who are supposed to get the instant payment are not able to make even the payment request in this site..They are just collecting the fee for that only($3.50) . If they fail to pay me with in two or three days, I will open a dispute in alert pay and try to get back my money..Even if I am not able to get back it, I will not mind it..But this may help to prevent the other members from investing in the site.Thanks for your response.

Thanks for the information.I thought that this facility is not available with alert pay .I invested of verified membership to get the instant payment..They just changed my membership type to verified from standard..But I am not able to get my payment where the verified members should be paid instantly .. If I press the payout request button, nothing is happening.If we open a topic in the forum, the admin is not replying there.. only the moderators are replying and that too they used to ask the members to invest again.I will soon open a dispute against them and will try to get back my money...

Well it really sounds like there is scammish thing going around.. Try sending a support ticket about your problem. And for the dispute, if you'll open it now, admin will probably get your attention.. But be prepared, since scam people will make ways to take your money and remove you out of their system.. so they might ban you if you'll open a dispute.. But if you really think that you're right, you did everything to contact them and settle the problem, go to the alertpay resolution center and file a dispute.

Yes..Of course I am expect my account closer as you have mentioned..Before opening the dispute, I want to contact him via the support ticket and let him give one chance to make the payment..Else we can open the dispute.. I expected the admin to reply for my posts..but he never did like that and it seems some other mylot member who made lost of posts in the forum has received the payment yesterday in that site..But I don't any hope of getting my payment from them..I have invested more than what I received in that site..My clicks and time are wasted by them...

Thanks for the useful information. I thought this facility is available only with Pay pal and not with alert pay. Even then to get it clarified, I started the discussion. In this ptc, the verified members should be paid instantly. But they are not paying the members.There are lot of topic regarding the non-payment in their forum.Even some of the mylot members are struggling there to get the payment and opening topics.But the admin is not saying anything about this. The site is aiming only at getting the investments.. I will open the dispute very soon and will get back my money .Thanks for the response.

yes..the dispute opening system is not good as like in paypal and some of the customer support link pages are not available still...How careless people are they? regarding increase bux, this site has been said as scam very long back and most of the members stopped clicking in the site.I also stopped clicking after making my payment request..I did not get after my request..then the site became offline for about two months..then they cam back again..One day I entered into my account and again requested the payment..unexpectedly I received the payment, instantly....Then again I started to click on the site and made some investment..now I am in trouble..as you all are suggesting, i will send the admin a support ticket..even after my support ticket if I am not able to make the request, then I will open a dispute and I will never care of my account closer in that site..what is the use in having account,merely?Thanks for your response to this.
