CNN covered this, too. Isn't it terrible? We need to do something about the fact that people cannot fill out job applications without having a permanent address, because it makes it far too easy for people to fall through the cracks. It doesn't make any sense to me that this would be a requirement when it is homeless people who need the jobs the most...their social security number should be enough proof that they're not illegal aliens. I understand why that's required, but an address?

This is so sad. I think we will see more of it as it is going to get worse. They say the economy is getting better, but there are so many without jobs and the prices are going up. People are falling through the cracks everywhere.

A lot of things that seem berserk aren't even entertainable until you experience them first hand. You may think that life is one way, until you experience it being another. You may not believe in the arcane, but there is evidence everywhere that it could abound, and if you follow where it leads, you find a different thing... Homelessness and poverty are there. I wonder if some even prefer this way of living and would take a large sum of money doing something not normally understood with it. And maybe not. I'd rather not look at the pictures... Right now, of those who are suffering, only a symbol representing all suffering, we all have suffering.
