How to cook sushi???

Hello friend,
Why don't u search google under name sushi.. I never tried, but i heard it is Japanese cuisine..
Sushi is vinegar rice, usually topped with other ingredients, such as fish

I think the trick to good sushi is DON'T COOK IT!
I know of plenty of good sushi restaurants, but none of them are in Malaysia.

is easy, all u need is the right and fresh ingredients. a most important is, sushi rice, rice vinegar ( not the dark one ), sugar and salt. of cos, you need the fresh fish. i heard that eating sushi in japan is more expensive. anyway, you can search for more info from the website or copoking book. good luck

What you have to cook is not the fish but the rice. The fish should be fresh and cut in slices.
The rice should be washed first until the rice water is not white anymore. Then you boil rice and once it's done usually people add rice vinegar. That helps the rice to keep sticky and not to fall apart. Then you have to let it cool, and once it's cold make small rice balls and put the fish slices over it. Some people puts a little bit of wasabi between the rice ball and the fish slice. I think doing that is delicious:)
