I'm not quite sure what you're asking. To give stuff away for free (the people getting it don't pay you), there's FreeCycle. If you want to list stuff for free (you don't pay to list it, but other people pay you to get the stuff), there's Craiglist. Also, some local news sites may have classifieds. I know where I live that KSL-TV and KUT-TV both have classifieds that are free to use.
