Fat Content in Milk

I like homogenized milk but drink 2% for my diet. I only have the same milk as you.

the only 4% milk fat ive seen is in cottage cheese in the markets that breakstone sells. i myself drink skim only because i cant handle whole milk anymore, ah the downside of getting older.

In grocery stores here, we have Skim, 1%, 2%, and Whole. I do not know what the percentage is on Whole, but it is my favorite. I usually don't have to worry about fat content much, so I'll use Whole milk for everything from cereal to drinking to coffee. If I do start worrying that I'm putting on a little extra padding, I don't mind 2%.

I love a big, cold glass of milk, but I recently figured out that I'm lactose intolerant, so, sadly, now I mainly buy soymilk. I can't just drink the stuff, but it is ok for cereal or tea. If I'm really in the mood for milk, I have to take dairy digestive enzymes with it.:(

hi GoGirl I am German and never saw 4% milk in the stores here. We have 3,5% thats full fat milk, then we have 1,5%, and we have 0,3%.
Recently we have found a really good 0,3% milk which wont taste like water but like milk and we stick to that now. Its homogenized so it keeps a little longer than fresh milk.
