Hi friends,
Do your aware of the importance of encouragement or positive words?
Just half a hour ago, i was praised by manger because i used a professional email pattern to send my business email. Although i actually got nothing but a praise, I feel really happy. And the encourage would be helpful for my further working. So do you imagine that a praise, encouragement or just a postive word can make that nice effect.
Happy mylotting.

Congratulation. You must did a good job to receive such an encouragement. I do realized the importance of encouragement, and I try to do that as much as possible. But not many people like to give words of encouragement, many of them only know to condemn and complain without trying to make it better. As I kind a person who rarely get encouragement, so I tend to give and find my own encouragement. Its good and beneficial too. happy Mylotting to you too.

Hi, Sutent!
Yes, I am very much aware of how every words of encouragement are important not only in helping me to boost my self-confidence, but also to regain my strength when I am shrouded in failure or grieve.
I could still remember in one of the briefings of one of my past employment, all the staff was asked about something that they should have known the answer, but they were not paying attention. I wasn't supposed to be there because I was in a different shift, but happened to pass by at the area where they were gathered.
Out of the blue, the boss suddenly asked for my answer and I replied with everything that I knew. He was really impressed and he complimented me in front of them and asked them to follow my steps.
So, I felt quite proud of myself and it's a great achievement when other workmates looked up to me because of that.
Anyway, when someone praises you and says positive things about you, it means that you have done a very good job that exceeds or meets up to the expectations of your boss. So, well done to you and keep up the good work!!!
