are you frusted in losing weight? you do your cardio-exercises and nothing is happening? well here's a tip, in order for cardio-exercise to be effective, it needs to be done within the fat burning zone, it is the zone at which you are doing enough work to burn fat, your pulse determines this zone and here's the formula how to determine if you are in fat burning zone: fat burning zone= 220 - (your age) x (.75), the result will give you an approximate value of how fast your heart should be beating per minute....i hope this will help...goodluck!!

Thanks for the information and by the grace of the God i dont need to watch my weight now but i know in future i might need to be careful when i start getting older and gets married and have kids.. at that time i would need to cut down on my food intake and shed weight and then ur formula would come in handy..thx
