is there any chance to get sugar (diabetics) if we eat sweets?  | |  hi friends i like sweets and i have them more..in our class we got a discussion about eating more sweets results in sugar.....i already have an hefty personality and i never go for any exercises....should i stop eating sweets...why i am asking you this is because..my parents and grand parents have that problem..is the case that it will be sure with inheritance...should i take any measures to prevent my self from it...and some of them said that..insulin generation if stopped results in sugar ..and a doctor advice is that the problem is because of the odd time table we had...according to him we should have proper planning about the food ..time we are having our break fast,lunch and dinner...and should have a pleasant sleep for 8 hours daily..so it can help completely free from sugar

But it doesnt always follow that if you eat too much sweets, you will get diabetes. Our pancreas release insulin that balances the sugar in our blood.
