From the recent news report, one pregnant woman died 2 weeks after she gave birth to her baby girl. She was sent to the intensive care, and the doctors couldn't find any symptom related to Swine flu. She was sent home, and a couple of hours later, she died. I meant, another life is taken away, and we simply can't trust those doctors no more? At my work place, some people also got sick recently, and I just afraid they gonna bring the germ to work and spread out. What are the preventive procedures, does anyone know?

There is a vaccine for Swine flu now, if you're worried specifically about Swine flu. If you're worried about getting sick in general or just don't want to get the vaccine, the surest way to prevent illness is to wash your hands often and use anti-bacterial lotion on your hands. Also, get plenty of sleep and eat well to keep up your immune system.

Well, I guess that is the one way to go with it. Otherwise, there won't be any other perfect way to prevent the problem we all facing right now. Surely, we have to watch out our health, and hopefully we can do better each every day.

Well it might be hard to make a differance between the normal flu and h1n1. Some people have even got the swine flu and they cured on their own without knowing they had it. Here in Canada, a pregnant woman had the disease and she had to give birth as soon as she can because she couldn't be saved. First just get your hands cleaned before eating if you do touch your food with hands. There are always shot you can take..you should inform yourself from a doctor though. I had friends who work in hospitals and they did not recommand me to take the shot...
