A $100.00 bill laying on the sidewalk. What would you do with it?  

only $100, if it would be more! as the amount is very less, i will not do anything. after reaching home, i will tell my wife that i saw a $100 on street.

I would wait for a while to see is the owner will come back. If not, I can think of a hundred ways and reasons to spend it. It's the easiest thing to spend money in the world. With this small amount, I could only buy a small bottle of nail polish, or a compact powder or a cute doll.

what I'm going to do is look around first then if I'm sure nobody seems to be missing something, I'm going to pick it up then maybe hang for a while and wait if somebody will come back and look around for his/her missing 100$ bill, I will return if there is but if there is no one, I'll keep the money and maybe keep it for a while not spend it immediately. Actually I had this experience where I saw a 100 euro laying beside where I stand then at the same time, I saw a lady who is holding some money maybe meters away, she was looking on the ground and seems to be looking for something, I called her attention immediately and pointed the money beside where I stand, she pick it up but didn't bother to thank me, oh well, that's life.

I would check to see if anyone was around and wait about 5 minutes to see if someone would come back looking for it if not I would go home. I would pay a small bill with it and me and my husband would go out to dinner.

I'll get it and walk away as if nothing happens. I believe everything in this world happens for a reason, if you saw it then it's for you, I'm sure that other person will get back that hundred dollar bill in another way LOL. Cheers!

$100 in cash? Unless I see someone standing at a nearby hot dog cart searching frantically for it, I'd keep it. If you ask the people around you, you're going to find probably 7 out of 10 will all be the one who lost it. Might as well just keep it unless you saw who dropped it.

As for what to do with a free hundred bucks... I'd probably hold on to it until I found something I wanted but couldn't otherwise afford.

I'd probably use it for a bill or to buy food for my apartment. Money is very tight right now for a lot of people, including me so I would love to find $100.00 on the ground lol, I'd rather find it at night so maybe someone else wouldn't see me pick it up because someone else could lie and say oh that was mine, and blah, blah, blah. I would probably give something out of it to my mom too though since she has helped me out a lot lately.

I had several instances wherein I found a big amount of money. Back in college I found something around $320. I chose to return it to the owner. I found the money beside a hospital so I immediately though the money would be spent for the hospital.

I want to pick it up and go to buy something. Unfortunately, there is no bill laying on the sidewalk.
