Can I refer my friend on my lot which use same IP address

I am use mylot in office.My friend want to be join Mylot account from his computer but we have same IP address in office.
Is it possible that we use same ip address on different computer. And i am also refer him.

Yes. You are allowed to refer your friend or your family members even though you are about to share your IP address or even you can share your computer. You should have your own email id and paypal id for that. You need to fill the detail about the IP or computer sharing in your account affiliation page . It will be available in your preferences page --- account affiliations or follow the link

fill these details after the registration of your friend with details.

That's dynamic IP address..It will continue to change very often. But it will not change entirely and the last two parameters only will change and first two will remain same..Most of the IP address will change like this only..Our IP address will be traced with the first two parameters only at the first..No problem in that also we can not consider the above changes as different IP addresses.They are the same.
