herbal or medicine

Hello. I have to take the advice of my doctor ofcourse for any specific needs. The doctor knows the causes and effects of the complaints one might have. Yet, I do also believe in the values of herbs. Taking a very simple example, I drink green tea every afternoon, Chinese green tea, Japanese green tea. I believe in the herbal values of green tea.

I would like to take herbal product because it has no side effects.

I stay away from prescription medicine they have too many side affects, that do too much damage to your health. I always find a natural way to take care of things that are wrong.

Prescribed by the doctor, definitely! I don't wanna take any risk taking something that I'm not completely sure about.
