Dose music really can mend a broken heart?

YES you are true that, the real and melody music would
give the softness to the hearts, and also most of the peoples
would prefer to hear the good music when they in trouble or confused
mind, in order to have the peaceful mind as well as supports to the
hearts. So I used to enjoy the melody music and also would love

Music is a very powerful way to heal the mind, the body and the spirit as well as the heart. Music is a great way to express oneself, and find comfort and solace in the melody and the lyrics. I don't find anything wrong with using music to lift you out of whatever deep emotion you may be feeling. Right now my father is dying and I use music to relax and calm down whenever the feelings of loss become too overwhelming for me. I love my father very much and losing him is ripping me apart. Music is helping cope with those feelings. Music is can truly mend a broken heart of any kind.

yea many times i mean at first i would just listen to oldies and a lot of times it would play that saddest song and make me feel worse and then i would listen to songs that would just get me angry like that song keyshia cole"i should've cheated" and then i'd finally have to just turn on my mp3 player and work out just to get all my emotions out....but i'm sure you'll get through it you still have your whole life ahead of you and you might be hurting right now but the more you try to put yourself back out there and by that i mean hang with your family and friends for a while when you least expect it you'll find the person your meant to be with as for now it's going to be tough for you a little while good luck.....

I think it happens to people all the time. whether a girl/boyfriend left you, a family member died, a friend of your's doesn't want to be your friend anymore, i think that if you listen to the right song, it can help you cope with certain things.

It happens all the time to me. Whether I have a bad day at school/work/practice, I always go home and listen to music. I think that music is good and can uplift anybody in any situation.

I don't know if music can actually mend a broken heart but it sure can lend a hand at lifting your spirits when you are down or depressed. Especially if you listen to music with a light uplifting beat to it. I am in my mid fifties so the music that makes me happy, you may not like, but Elvis Presley songs always tend to make me want to dance or sing and put me in a wonderful mood even if it only lasts for a little while. The music scores in most of his movies do the same thing for me. As for your broken heart, there is an old song (I can't remember the title of it right now) but it is sort of appropriate for this discussion I think. It goes something like this......only love can break a heart and only love can mend it again. Don't despair too long over your lost love Shuahor. You will mend and find another girl and hopefully you will have learned some things from the past relationship and the next one will be even better.

Some people says yes. And I'm one of them. Music really helps uplifts the spirit. It's quite amazing how music can do that.

I agree that music can mend a broken heart and the only way to feel better when you listen to your favorite songs. You can lean to someone but sometimes we want to be alone and no one to talk to so we back up with our favorite music.
