Uhmn...i don't understand if you were asking what do we call the relation you stated above..was it is our language? or...you were just asking to clear some so-called relationship?

ok...here's my response with our mother tongue(tagalog..Philippine's mother tongue)

brothers elder daughter ----niece/pamangkin


mothers father -------grandfather/lolo

father's wife(are you referring to second wife?) - stepmother/madrasta
