If you have scored a good marks in your previous college then you can take your marks card and the present university ID card to the bank and fill up a form which the bank provides and apply to the manager. But i would advise you to first confirm which bank provides education loans for less interest for more number of years. when bank manager really confirms that you are the eligible candidate to get the loan then he gets confirmation about you in your previous institute then our loan is sanctioned.

I was not sure how it works in your country. But in ours, the banks here do not offer educational loan for students. There are some cooperative who does offer a student loan but only to their members. Some student's here who could not afford much for college would find a job and make schooling as a part time thing. fast foods here would accept students as crew. Even the school itself would offer student loan. That is what we call here as study now pay later basis.

Can't you try a funding scheme the school has or something? Is there such? I don't think a bank loan is advisable; because you might not know the interest rate; I think it might be pretty unpredictable. But if you think you are confident enough, then it might work out. But that's like a pretty risky decision. Think carefully, yeah. Look for study loans or something funded by the school first. Weigh all the options before you decide. Good luck.
